Interfaith Shabbat
Friday, January 20th, 6:15 Service
We will welcome
Wilshire Baptist Church for a service and a program featuring Rabbi Debra
Robbins and her guest, Reverend Tiffany Wright. They will discuss "Sarah
and Mary: Biblical Models of Leadership, Family and Faith." A welcome
reception will begin at 6:00 p.m.
A series of two study sessions will provide additional opportunity to
learn together.
Tuesday, February 28th, 7 p.m. at Wilshire Baptist Church
Tuesday, March 20th, 7 p.m. at Temple Emanu-El
Both sessions will involve discussions of women of the Bible.
Lilith Salons
The next Lilith Salon will be held on Sunday, January 22nd from 3-5 pm at
a private home. Topics will be selected from the fall issue of Lilith
Magazine. A limited number of copies is available in the Temple library.
